The details, kept simple.

Your welcome offer

Once KGX Rewards launches, verify your member account to receive one 10% welcome offer on an eligible one-time Kodagenix website order. No minimum merchandise spend. Maximum saving $20.00. It is valid for 30 days from issue and is limited to one use per verified customer.

Members who join before rewards checkout opens will receive their usable offer at launch; the expiry clock will not start while redemption is unavailable. Creating another account does not entitle the same customer to another welcome offer. A used offer is not automatically reissued after a refund; contact support for a cancelled order that did not complete.

Your first-purchase welcome gift

Once rewards launches, place your first qualifying website order as a verified member to receive one free welcome gift with that order. There is no minimum spend beyond a qualifying merchandise purchase. This is once per customer, not once per year or account. Gift-card-only orders, Amazon orders and subscription renewals do not qualify.

A first subscription purchase qualifies for the gift and keeps its subscription discount. An eligible one-time purchase can use the welcome discount within its 30-day validity period, up to $20 off. If a better eligible offer applies, the gift still accompanies the order. Percentage discounts do not stack, and the gift does not use up your welcome discount. The gift itself is not subject to the discount's 30-day expiry.

Creating an account alone does not send a gift. The order must be paid and not cancelled before gift fulfillment. A refund does not automatically issue a second welcome gift; contact support for a cancelled order that did not complete. Orders before program launch do not receive a retroactive gift. Members who joined earlier can qualify with their first eligible member order after launch.

The welcome gift is additional to Plus, Pro and Elite gifts. A qualifying first order can also earn any tier milestones it reaches. Gifts have no cash value, do not increase qualifying spend or the free-shipping minimum, and follow normal order shipping rules. Your gift is a surprise, prepared by the Kodagenix team; no gift is claimable in this preview.

What counts toward your tier

Only paid and fulfilled Kodagenix website orders placed from the rewards launch date count. Qualifying spend is the merchandise amount actually paid after discounts, excluding tax, shipping and gift-card purchases. Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks reduce qualifying spend. Amazon and other retailer purchases do not qualify.

Direct-store subscriptions and bundles count at the amount actually paid once those purchase options are active. Orders must be linked to your verified member account. The order that crosses a tier threshold earns the benefit for future purchases.

Your free tier gifts

Earn one free gift at each qualifying annual spending milestone: Plus at $250, Pro at $500 and Elite at $1,000. Each member can earn one gift per tier per calendar year, up to three tier gifts in total, in addition to the once-per-member first-purchase welcome gift. An order that crosses more than one threshold earns each newly reached milestone gift.

Paid and fulfilled website subscription orders count after discounts, just like other qualifying website orders. Tier gifts can accompany your applicable subscription, member, welcome or other offer; percentage discounts still do not stack. Gifts have no cash value and do not add to qualifying spend or the free-shipping minimum.

A retained tier does not automatically issue another gift in January. Meet each milestone again using that year's qualifying spend to earn that year's gift. Refunds can remove an unclaimed gift if spending falls below its threshold. Reaching the same tier again after a refund does not issue a second gift for that tier and year.

Your gift is a surprise, prepared by the Kodagenix team. Claim through your member dashboard for delivery with a future Kodagenix website order, subject to gift availability and normal shipping rules. Gifts are not currently available to claim, and no gift entitlement is issued by this preview.

How long your tier lasts

Qualifying spend is counted from January 1 to December 31 in the store’s time zone. A tier earned in a calendar year stays available through December 31 of the following year. Earn Pro in December 2026, for example, and keep its benefit through December 31, 2027.

Your annual spending total starts again each January, while a previously earned benefit keeps its stated expiry date. Meet the tier threshold again to extend it by another year, or reach a higher threshold to upgrade. Qualifying refunds or chargebacks can reverse a tier; normal inactivity does not remove it before its expiry.

Which discounts combine

Use the best eligible offer for your purchase. Welcome, tier, subscription, bundle, sale and coupon discounts do not stack. Tier pricing applies to eligible one-time products. Subscription orders keep their separate 10% subscription offer when available, without an added member discount.

If another offer is equal to or better than the welcome saving, your welcome offer stays unused until it expires. Shipping and taxes are not discounted by rewards. The separate free US standard-shipping offer requires a merchandise subtotal strictly over $99 after discounts.

Availability and your information

KGX Rewards and welcome redemption are coming soon and are not active in checkout yet. No qualifying balance, tier, gift or coupon is being issued by this preview. Your dashboard will show your verified balance, benefit expiry, gift milestones and reward activity once the program is connected.
